What we collect

Your email, optional name, and the details you type into the order form. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to take payment, produce and deliver your order, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI writing), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models by default.

Website statistics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across sites. We also remember, in your browser, which link brought you to us (for example an advert) and attach that to your order so we know which pages work. It holds no personal details.

Advertising pixel

To measure our adverts, we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Google Ads tag. They may set cookies and tell Meta or Google that a page was viewed, that a free CV score was requested, or that a purchase was made (with the amount, not your documents or CV text). The Google tag reports page views and completed purchases in the same way. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

How long we keep it

Your brief and the finished text are deleted 90 days after your order. We keep basic order records for accounting as the law requires.
