How your order is made
Your work is drafted with AI, then checked by an automatic quality review. Higher-value orders and all design work are held for a person to review before anything is sent. We never invent jobs, dates, qualifications or numbers: if something is missing, you get a clear [placeholder] to fill in.
What we promise
- One free revision within 7 days if the work misses your brief.
- A full refund if we cannot deliver, or if the revised version still clearly misses your brief. Read the refund terms.
