Refunds and revisions

One free revision

If your deliverable misses your brief, reply to the delivery email within 7 days saying what to change. We will revise it once at no cost.

Full refund

You get a full refund if we cannot deliver, if we decline your order under the content policy, or if the revised version still clearly misses your brief.

No refund

We cannot refund for a change of mind after delivery, or because the deliverable followed a brief that was incomplete or inaccurate.
